Marugame Udon Nominated for Best New Restaurant in Dallas

In July, Marugame Udon was selected as a CultureMap Dallas Tastemaker Award nominee in the category of: Best New Restaurant for 2021.  While CultureMap judges a myriad of categories, the ‘Best New Restaurant Award’ is the only category that is put to a vote for the community to decide the winner.  Bracket-style voting decided the winner of the 16 restaurants competing for the title; and, while Marugame was knocked out in the semi-finals, we were the only fast casual concept to advance to the Final Four in the competition of many chef-owned premium restaurants.
